At Allure Perfumes Manufacturing LLC (“Allure Perfumes”, “we”, “us”, “our”), customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure every product is thoroughly checked and securely packed before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to assist.

 


 

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and untested

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including boxes, labels, seals, and accessories

  • The item must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) must be provided

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 2–4 business days, and the amount is credited within 3–5 working days, depending on your original payment method.

 


 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email allure@allureintl.com with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos (where applicable)

If your return request is approved, we will share return instructions and shipping details.

Important:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

  • The unboxing video is mandatory proof for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it and inform the courier.

  • If you discover damage, defects, or incorrect items after delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos/videos and your unboxing video.

If the issue is verified:

  • A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund will be issued if a replacement is not available

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.

 


 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, sprayed, or tested perfumes

  • Decants or samples once delivered

  • Deodorants and roll-ons

  • Aftershaves (under all circumstances)

  • Products with scratches, marks, or physical damage not caused during transit

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers / UPC codes

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or seals

  • Products returned in a condition different from their original state

All returns and refunds are subject to final inspection and approval.

 


 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Email us your Order Number and reason for exchange

  2. Wait for confirmation before sending the product back

  3. Once approved, we will arrange the replacement via our logistics partner

We are not responsible for items sent to us without prior confirmation.

 


 

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • A replacement item is unavailable and no suitable alternative is accepted

  • An order is confirmed but cannot be dispatched within the promised timeframe (upon request)

  • A product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled by the vendor

  • The delivery address falls outside our courier serviceable area

Note:
If an ordered product is unavailable, the order may be automatically cancelled within 7 days, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
